They have the instructions on the website far as I can tell. Maybe not when the OP originally posted.

But while it's reversible, it's only semi-reversible. Looks like you'd need to buy a new hatch if you wanted it reversed completely. You can hide the holes you drill, but you can't undrill the holes.

Just wanna give my purchasing and shipping experience to US, in case anyone else has a similar experince and is equally unknowledgable about international shipping.

Took about 5 weeks to ship after purchase.

Got no updates on shipping, never received tracking information from JUBU or UPS. Had to reach out to JUBU directly to find out tracking number and to find the item had already made it to port about 6 weeks after purchase. Again no notification or email. Had to reach out to UPS multiple times. First 2 times UPS told me they would try to get it cleared from customs. Third time I called someone finally told me I need a customs broker to get the item released and had to fill out a few customs forms from UPS to get the item and to assign UPS as the broker. Not sure why the first 2 people couldn't tell me this. Again this was all from me calling or emailing never got any shipping updates whatsoever from either JUBU or UPS. Items been in port for almost 3 weeks now.

I've sent over the customs forms and still waiting for the shipment to get delivered.

Sorry to hear about your bad experience. I had to do the same, but it wasn't nearly as convulted.
I have ordered multiple things from Tillet recently and they are literally here in a manner of days once shipped without any of that hassle through DHL. I wonder if this isn't a UPS problem primarily. (JUBU should also be more communicative in that instance.)

Update: spoiler finally got delivered this week after a couple more emails from UPS.

Somehow didn't end up paying any tariffs??? No one ever asked me for duties or gave me any tariff bill. YMMV

Now just waiting to get my CT carbon bits to get it all installed.

Don’t think UPS forgot.
You’ll get a bill from UPS sooner or later.
JUBU always responds by email. Sometimes in a day, but sometimes in a few days..
Love my wing and good luck with your install.
Make sure the use a sealer so you don’t get water in your trunk.

I agree with tracked above. I would also use a different sealer than the one provided. I think a liquid gasket would work better than the panel bond.

I need to redo mine as she still leaks.
