I went from touring to clubsport. It's significantly more firm, but the ride is pretty good. It's not as amazing at soaking up road imperfections as the touring suspension, but hugely better on the track. On the street, I like 8 clicks from softest in front, and 10 clicks in back. For track, 2-3 extra cliscks is nice. I had it originally set up halfway at the shop, at 12/12 and that's a little too firm for the street, and it feels nicer if the front is a little softer, but this is all subjective, so I'm just sharing my baselines.
