Anyone have a recommendation for an independent mechanic in Charlotte?

First service is coming up and can barely get Charlotte Lambo/Lotus on the phone - not exactly instilling confidence. Heard good things about Lotus in Winston but don’t want to drive 2 hours for service if I can avoid it.
