I'm going to do a social experiment, by putting a Ferrari badge on the hood, and Ferrari Livery on the back and see if anyone notices and calls me out.
I planned on taking off the Grey LOTUS badge and replacing it with black anyway.
The only thing is I have to come up with a name or number for the model.
Any suggestions?
"Ferrari"
"Schumacher"
"Fangio"
"Lauda"
A Canadian twist
"Villeneuve"
Or a Number.
I used "356" because it is a 3.5 litre Toyota V6.
"356 Italia"
"F356"
"356 Pepperoni"
I'll keep you posted how the experiment turns out.

Excellent, I think that might be quite fun. Shields on the wings would be easy to do as several people sell good quality stickers already.

I vote 356.

I think I might be able to get away with it because the Emira does look like a mini exotic from all angles.
It will be interesting to see how many real car guys are out there.

Looks like all modern Ferraris have the Prancing horse on the back bumper, with Ferrari livery on the trunk lid or glass.

How about 356 Donato - designer Coco Donato worked for both Lotus and Ferrari.

Someone could also try fitting some McLaren badges and see if anyone thinks it's the new Artura :)

FULL FLEDGE:

Go for. " LAMARI "

Lamborghini, Mclaren, Ferrari
I like that.
It fits so well because the Emira could pass for either a Lamborghini, McLaren or Ferrari.
Very creative my friend.👍👍

Maybe it's the Ferrari owners who should be thinking of a Lotus badge? Lotus is perceived more as an enthusiasts car. The Emira is going to attract a lot of attention though. Most folks won't have any idea what it is at first sight.

Correct - maybe it's best to leave the Lotus badges on and then when people ask you what it is you can lean in closer and whisper .......
"shhh, it's a Ferrari, I'm trying to con people into thinking that I can afford a Lotus".
