We developed a nice shift action improvement solution for the Evora that we have now fit to a V6 Emira manual. Learn more: HERE

I have heard from people that are questioning the shift action in an Emira. I have driven 5+ Emira V6s and have not had the trouble some are stating. This kit makes a nice subtle improvement. This kit does require removing the airbox for install.

@shinoo Just a heads up here. I’m installing this and even the shorter bolts are too long when using 2 plates. I think maybe the stock weight is threaded more shallowly than the evora was.

Here is the oem bolt that came out, for reference

Hmmm...let me look into this as we have fit it to two Emiras. Thanks for the heads up.

I improvised a bit with some steel spacers and washers to take up the difference, used the shorter bolts you sent. It’s all very tight now.

I’ve also installed the aerie short shifter with the spherical cable ends which has def cleaned things up a bit.

The combination with the bollock is a noteworthy improvement, as was adjusting the reverse lock out bracket under the shifter itself.

I still think you can dramatically better this by adapting your super mega shiftr for Emira!

Hopefully, The transmission mount inserts and jubu motor mounts will help w the “moving targets” under load.

I’ll leave that stuff to Harri

OK, sounds good.

Yes, our shiftR is on the development plate for the Emira - 2026 or 2027!
