Emira Lightweight Alloy Forged Wheels by Aerie Performance

I ordered my set from Aerie in July. I got an confirmation of the order and then chased them up for rest of the details, to be fair they have been fairly responsive to my emails. I also got a tracking number from Aerie after enquiring about shipping. Mine were shipped the beginning of September and they sat in the shipping company warehouse for 4 weeks, then once on the boat this was delayed by a typhoon for several weeks more. But the boat is now on the way and arrives early November. I'm not sure which port it arrives in or how long from then until I get my wheels.

At least for my wheels, 2 months of the delay have been due to shipping, perhaps yours is the same.

I just emailed "info at aerieperformance dot com" to get my shipping details, this may work for you too.
I’ve emailed , whatsapped and messaged via instagram and this forum, WhatsApp occasionally gets a response of “we will check with shipping company”

Hi @crashprash

We received your message via WhatsApp along with the picture. We've noticed some print imperfections near the hole on the wheels. We have sent the picture to the factory for review. We believe this is an isolated incident, and we are committed to improving our quality control.

We will work with the factory on a replacement or discount for you. I will follow up with you on WhatsApp, so please keep in touch.

Just received mine shipped to Sydney Australia. Ordered in July

Fronts: 20x8.5 +45 offset
Rears: 20x10.5 +39 offset

Noticed some imperfections around the bolt holes which I've contacted @Aerie about.

Oh no worries - I wasn't complaining. I'm happy to wait for the wheels. There's seriously not much you can do to hurry-up ships or prevent typhoons.

As I posted elsewhere on the Forum, I purchased the Aerie V2's and they took longer than expected to arrive. But they arrived AOK, were beautiful and light weight (just as advertised) and my tire shop who installed them, couldn't believe their quality and the price I paid. Aerie also helped out with the cross-border charge, with the ship process. Aerie is a small company, so they take longer to do things. Hopefully those who wait the extra time, aren't caught w/o "must-have rims" and have to turn to other alternatives. If not, I'll suggest you'll find them worth the extra wait time.

I've had them on for a couple months and tracked them a couple times with another track day coming up in a week and they're working just fine. So I'm ++ happy with my V2's. See photos below with the V2's (left), versus OEM (right).

They omitted 2 things in my order, which they agreed to throw in n/c with the rims. After I pointed that out, Aerie immediately shipped out those items. So yes, Aerie isn't perfect...however they do come through.

Is this the "Gunmetal Grey" color they advertise?
