Hi, sorry to drag this one back from the archives but I need touch up paint for M501 - Seneca Blue. My paint guy tried to get it from his supplier and was told that M501 has a deleted tinter which means there's now a new mix and no guarantee of a match. He's asked me to see if I can source the paint myself so I am considering Dr colorchip or Firanto. I'm just wondering if anyone has any more recent experience with sourcing paint? And Seneca Blue in particular? Thx

I filled the reg plate holder holes and used the paint from Firanto off eBay, pretty quick delivery and a great match. The car is at the dealers at the moment so I can't take a closer pic but hope this will do. Are you wanting just touch up or a can?

Thanks and sorry - I missed this reply at the time. Good to know you got a good match. I'm after the touch up as it's a very small area. Unfortunately, Firanto's eBay site is out of stock currently so I've emailed them to ask if they will be able to supply some more.

When searching for your paint, use 2024 in the drop down. 2025 does not list Lotus. If you are looking for Atlantis Blue (M507), Scratches Happen on ebay and Dr. Colorchip both list Atlantis Blue (B78), but it is not correctly named. They are selling Atlantic Blue (B78) and it is darker than Atlantis Blue.

If anyone needs Atlantic Blue, I have a couple bottles.

Scratches Happen uses water-based base colors and a normal oily clear coat. I didn't realize that when purchasing and it's a bit of an adjustment when using the paint. The dark verdant is a good match depending on the skill/luck of the touchup.

Dr. Colorchip in the US will match any color. I have used them for 20 years for matching Maserati,Porsche and BMW paints.

Thanks for this post. I ordered M501 touchup directly from their website. They dont list Canada as a country but found a way to let them know I am not in USA into the order field. Should be good! 24$ canadian shipped.

Hello, I have a Tangelo Orange (paint code M202) I need a touch up for.

Does anyone know where I can obtain this paint? I don’t see it for sale anywhere.

Actions so far:
- Talked to the dealer (no paint available)
