CEL error code reader

Is there an error code reader of choice for the Emira? One that shows all of the codes and, allows them to be reset?
Needs to be something available in the UK

Have to drive to the dealer on Wednesday, just for them to read the CEL code I currently have and for them to then determine next steps. Even the guy on the phone said if I had a Code reader, I could get that info myself and just tell them, saving me a trip.

JB4 reads and delete codes, however I dun think it will show a compete set of all codes unless you use the factory program.
