I was lazy and did not drive the car right after washing it . I then parked the car in the garage and was gone for a week. When I came back, the brakes were juddering. Initially, I thought it wasn't a big deal. I'll just drive it around and the rust will be wiped away by the pads. The intensity diminished the first couple days of city driving (slow). Then it stayed the same. I tried highway driving (high speed braking), I applied firm pressure, light pressure. No change. Brake still juddering. Did I cause permanent damage to my brakes? Or am I just not doing the right technique to get rid of this vibration? Help please.
