Base edition?

I've had the question if the base edition will come with the AMG i4 engine or just the V6.
I could imagine that the AMG engine is only for the first edition...
Does anybody have some information considering this topic?

The base edition will come in both I4 and V6. But you can only get the manual transmission on the V6 motor only. All base price and specs of what’s included is already on the Lotus website. Only option prices etc… are still to be advised…

Do you know if the base edition i4 will also come with the dual clutch transmission and would this be included with the base price?

I4 will be available in base.
It also comes with DCT.

The consensus is that the i4 will be cheaper than the V6 too

Base Edition i4 will be the cheaper variant and the DCT is the only transmission option. Expecting the Base V6 to be about £6k more than i4 for manual and another £1,800 for the auto.

Well then, this is amazing.
I am anyways more interested in the i4 than the V6, so this is perfect for me.
