Has anyone installed this exhaust system?

V2 Titanium Exhaust

Does it throw any error codes?

It states no additional parts required, but would you also need a milltek valve controller?

How does it sound?

If there's any HP increase, I'd say it's negligible. It was really about getting a bit more sound given the stock exhaust is super quiet and weighs a ton. I would definitely do it again and learned a few things from my install that would make the install easier.

also heavily considering the GRP catted downpipe.

No hp gain, but a slight gain in torque at the low end of the rpm scale. This was with the 3rd cat still installed. Doing the 3rd cat delete would probably add even more torque, since it seems the factory exhaust system is quite restrictive.

They do not. I'm guessing Eagle 7's car is a v6.

Sorry, I cannot recommend their exhausts. Three known cases of them blowing up in the same exact spot on an Evora GT. I highly doubt their QC or factory of production has changed.

I think it's important to note that they are totally different designs. In fact, there's an argument that your and the other failures referenced may have sparked the Emira v2 design change. If you look at the v2 design, it abandons what is clearly a muffler box weak point (per your and other failure's pics) and replaces it with two 1-piece glass pack style muffler tubes. To date, these have been battered on track at least in the states with no failures to date. Time will tell...

Also worth noting even if the design is different for the Emira (which.. sure it also doesn't use a center exit exhaust). These kinds of weaknesses in materials and manufacturing are not frequently one-off. Additionally, I doubt he would be telling people "don't do it" if he found Aerie to be a company that was making him whole and being supportive.

Correct. My seller originally had a defective exhaust and Aerie sent him a new one to "keep quiet". The owner sold his GT before it had eventually arrived so he then sold his brand new replacement to me. I want to emphasize that I did not buy a "used" exhaust. It has also come to light that the other three cases (I have just learned of another) were also asked to "keep quiet" and delete their posts about the catastrophic failure contingent on receiving a new exhaust.

When I had originally purchased this exhaust it came with a decat that was a slip on style. Rather than providing "support" the suggestion was to spend hundreds to thousands by on welding a vband (if you know anything about welding titanium from a skilled welder, it's expensive), purchasing a decat with a vband through them, or purchasing their header and Y pipe through them.

I have sent them a reply noting the cost of the extensive damage. They have not replied. My kids ride in this car with me everyday. This is the damage it caused to the clam, the foam padding, the carpet padding, etc. (and yes, that's a lithium battery, imagine if that caught fire):

I will most likely go with stainless steel because the venting on the Emira exhaust area seems lacking so heat cycling a titanium exhaust too much will make the metal brittle. Wish someone made inconel exhausts

I’ve got a titanium exhaust on my Ducati. It’s been heat cycled probably over 1000 times without issue. It’s not the material that’s the issue

but your exhaust is out in the open. What I was trying to convey is that on the i4, airflow seems limited in the area where the exhaust sits and is exposed to more excess heat.
