Washing car , black plastic side vent by door is loose in the front, back seems secure. Front end can left up a couple of inches. Sounded like a nut / bolt dropped in when I moved it. Any diagram of how this part is installed ? Thanks

Had my Emira shipped to me. NJ to Maryland yesterday. Question One: Engine block, manifold and other aluminum parts are "Pitted" Do i have a complaint? Should I care? This is a brand new car. Also no battery maintainer, should this have been installed by the dealer? Thanks
