What exhaust do you have, I can go look but just ask. I think you have a full if memory serves me correctly. I just have 3rd cat and valve controller and no problems.

I'll state the obvious, but have you added high heat thread lock/loctite to the flange bolts and padding about 5-10% on the torque spec. when you bolt it down?

Did you reuse the old ones, or use new bolts and nuts? There IS a lock washer on them, yes? If there is and you're tightening them to spec, maybe you'll need to get race bolts and nuts that are drilled so you can safety wire them.

The dealer did the fix both times. I don't know if they used high heat thread lock but that's what I'm doing now.
