V6 Auto ECM Update

Anyone else got a mail from Lotus USA about the V6 auto ECM update. “It has been established that track and sports mode require amendments in line with emissions regulation. There will be no perceived risk or difference to you as the customer.”

Basically its fecking up track mode. I have not had chance to drive and ‘makeprogress’ since it was serviced and ‘messed up’ but the car won’t hold a gear for as long as it would before the software ’patch’ was installed. Pretty much no difference between sport and track.
I drive mine in track all the time unless caught out in the wet. I can se they are on the woke agenda bollox as the tail pipes were always sooty and i get a rather pleasing 16 mpg.
Let hope i can get a post warranty tune to bing it back where it was
