Germany's best and most respected car magazine tested the Emira against the Alpine. Unfortunately for me, as I am interested in the V6 manual, it's the i4, but still interesting figures and a lap time on the Hockenheim GP circuit. The time is respectable with touring suspension and Eagle F1s. Might thought some people are interested in the numbers.

While I do think the SE Turbo is definitely faster on track than the V6, it would be interesting to see how fast a V6 SE with Sportsuspension and Cups2 would be…

BTW: Cayman GTS 4.0 did it in 1:56,9

Your videos and times are without the parabolica, so these times cant be compared.

Yeah „only“ from my perspective. While I think the i4 is faster, its the V6 Manual I will go for so I would have prefered to have this variant tested with the sport Suspension and Cup2s.

Either way, its nice to have some laptimes for comparisons.

Which i4 is even more important the 360hp or the 400hp USA version? My guess is the 360HP i4 based on the slow 0-100km.
Says its the SE so its 400. I dont read German so no idea what they say in the article but its on goodyears in the chart part. No idea if that means its a tour spec as well or sport with the F1s.

Its the SE with 400 hp. should be the touring suspension but to be honest the wording is unclear so I am not 100% sure.

Regarding the straight line performance: I believe SportAuto always measures with two people in the car.

So what is with the slow 0-62 time? Did they not use launch control?

like I said, its probably measured with two people in the car (so about +80kg). Plus its not really that slow, afaik its just .2 sec more then what Lotus claims
