Shmee and the Evija…

Great video. Many probably seen it but given it’s so fresh thought worth a share. Personally I found it made me more proud to be part of the Lotus club.

Thanks for sharing — what a gorgeous car and what a great video about it. Now I need to see if he (or someone else) made an equally in-depth video about the Emira.

This video only makes me more curious about type 135 and I hope it will become a reality one day.

Here you go ...

One of a few he made, before he gave it away.

Harry probably did the most “in-depth” reviews of the Emira (including factory visit) but my favourite review was probably this one by Seen Through Glass.

FWIW, I looked through Shmee’s 7 Emira videos and
was essentially what I was looking for (factory tour/assembly especially), but this one covered a lot of details I hadn’t seen elsewhere:

(At 372 mi in the break-in period — need more time to drive)

Is that really the keyfob in the thumbnail. Come on. For 2.5M Id want something better than black plastic. That should be milled titanium or something. Heck the Emira key looks better and you could by 25 of them for one of those.

I think it's just painted black. I suspect it is not black plastic, given that it mimics pieces/design aspects found in the interior, and it has its own dedicated cubby in the interior its not a 'pre-production' fob. but *shrug* it could have been cooler to see it like the K.Segg shield, but at the same time I'm highly annoyed by how chunky the Emira fob is.

I found it. He shows it around 54:36. It actually has the same styling as the emira key (metal and gloss black) on the back. Still doesn't look cool enough for that car though.
