Seat belt cover falls off

Can someone explain how to put it back on? Ive tried many ways and can't seem to figure out how to get it to hook on.

For me, it was simply just positioning it square onto the metal swivel, and then pressing it straight in until it clicked. I don't think there was any special trick to it but perhaps your part might be in slightly different shape if you're having trouble?
