Reverse light changed in configurator

We have all seen the reverse light on the showcars (which is the little tiny thing below the numberplate that looks like a camera flash bulb):

And in reverse when its on (forgive the yellow photo tint, its pure white):

However has anyone noticed that in the latest configurator the car has a red strip (assume that's a red reflector) where the reverse light is meant to be? Due to regulations in some countries (perhaps US market) will the reverse light be moved into the main tailights?

That's just the rear reflector for US. that's great if it's not on the rear fender.

What about the obligatory red fog light for the UK and possibly some other markets? Perhaps it has red and white LED's as they're not both needed at once??
