Removal of privacy tint rear

My Emira came with a rear privacy tint on the engine bay glass (rear).

Do you know if there is a way to remove this? Is it a film or baked into the glass? Basically could I take it to a tint expert and they'd be able to remove?

It's in the glass.
Someone on here has changed a rear screen, not easy but doable.

Swapping hatches with someone with clear glass and your same paint color would be your best bet.
