Rear lights flickers/flashing setting?

Hi all,

I have seen on certain occasions that the rear lights were flashing/flickering in Emira, which I can't seem to find in mine. My rear lights are solid firm and wont run like this. Is there a setting I am missing or are these special order lights as in the video below?



Appreciate any guidance.

The lights are stock (non-flickering to the human eye). The flickering is the camera's fault.

To be more specific, it has to do with the shutter speed of the camera. Also, understand the way LED lights work and why they are energy efficient. They actually flash on and off but at such a high rate of speed that it's indistinguishable to the naked eye but not to an actual camera and its shutter speed that catches the millisecond "off" cycle.

That makes sense. Because all I’ve seen the Emira is in the video and they’ve always been flickering like this, so the same concept applied across to basically all those videos/camera clips.
