Radar Detector hardwire?

I am about to purchase the Uniden R8 and want to do the hardwire installation. I havent popped off the cover yet, but is it self explanatory where the wire taps plug in?

Its easy as there are only 2 wires to tap on the mirror harness plug… power and ground.

This is what I did:

Clean Install BlendMount & StickerFab USB Cable

Just installed my radar Detector with a BlendMount and a StickerFab USB 5v-12v Cable. I have several blend mounts and I was able to just order the top piece for $100 and use the rest of the pieces from my Cayman. StickerFab USB 5v-12v
