Phoenyx Design warning

Just want to give my personal experience although it may not be their normal practice. Long story short; ordered Catless mid pipe from phoenyx on April 21st w/ posted 5-7 business shipping. Fast forward to today, May 14th and still no mid pipe. I’ve been in communication with them requesting timelines and ultimately a refund with no success. They told me on multiple occasions starting May 7th “the order was already shipped and couldn’t be refunded”, however, a shipping label wasn’t created until several days later. It finally was received by UPS for shipment today. Definitely not the buying experience I was expecting and all over $399.99. I attached some screenshots of the time line so no one from Phoenyx can dispute this info.

And what is your opinion on the part ? is it good ? how does it sound ?

I didn’t install it. I offered to ship it back to them, but they haven’t responded. I have since learned it’s a useless “upgrade” for the 2.0 i4. There is no third cat in the mid pipe on the 2.0. I’m guessing that’s a big reason. Why no other companies offer one for the four-cylinder. I did just get a 200 cell down pipe so that skulls definitely help with the sound. I’ll do a post once it’s installed.
