Paint issue

Anyone else seen this issue with the paint ?

looks like some kind of residue to me rather than paint?

Scuffs, worst case could be that it touched the sides of a garage door or trailer. Best case it's polish that didn't get removed. That will buff out very quickly.

oddly rubbing hard with polish fixed it, looks like ceramic stuff what was never rubbed in
