Paint bubble rear bumper

Hello everyone

I’ve noticed paint bubbling rear bumper what course of action do I take and where ?

The rear bumper is plastic not fibreglass/composite so it's not the same bubbling/blistering issue that everyone else is having on the doors, rear quarter and engine cover.
But solution is probably the same - just take it to the dealer, it should be covered under warranty probably just needs a touch up and small respray.
 
Ahh phew looked over the entire car today seems to be the only bit, suspect it’s been knocked and water is getting behind
 
its a bubble in the paint sorry its tricky to get the correct image
With that image I couldn't determine which part of the rear it was. I'm monitoring 2 paint defects near the O and T of L O T U S at the moment. I've had the replacement passenger door and they made a good job of the paint. The door handle isn't flush but they say there's nothing they can do about it.
