Ok, last question - to spec or not to spec

It appears that a deal is imminent. The Emira looks great in every color and trim, but the color you want to live with day in, day out, is the thing, eh?
Seems that I have narrowed the choice to two very different specs (both sport suspension, V6 manual). Atlantis Blue with tan interior or the satin Nebulous Grey Scura (including many performance build features).
There is a good $12K or more between the two. I appreciate the limited number (60) of the Scura, yet lean a bit more as a daily to the other. And I also slightly prefer leather to alcantara. Don't know if I will regret passing up on the Scura (or for that matter if depreciation will affect them both equally). Yes, it is my decision, and it is for fun and the experience, and not an investment. Yet the difference between the two is not small...

If you never plan on modifying your car get the limited edition otherwise dont.

it's personal preference. But i think that atlantis spec looks gorgeous and is exciting. I've never been a fan of matte black paint jobs.

atlantis, the Matte color will not age well - You can wrap your car to that matte

I vote for the Atlantis spec unless you love the scura paint and don't care about the extra cost. Knowing lotus they'll be a million other limited runs and without any hardware changes not sure they'll command much of a premium long term.
