Need paint advice

Ugh, I thought I was in the clear but noticed some paint lifting on my rear bumper. I tried my best to take a close up. My bumper is fully PPF’d and I thought maybe it was the PPF but I think it is the paint itself. It’s kind of hard to tell without pulling the PPF.

How should I investigate guys? Is this obvious? Should I take it to the PPF guys or lotus dealer next?

Yikes. I’d be running it by your Lotus dealer first (as a warranty issue). Although… they may say the PPF installation was to blame. Any interesting case — keep us apprised!

I can’t imagine a reasonable person would conclude that PPF took paint off of a car! (If that’s the case). I really don’t want to repaint this bumper.
