I've searched the forums but haven't really found anything solid on where the drain and fill holes are on the manual trans. Has anyone done a trans fluid change themselves?
I'm wondering the same. Couldn't find any resources on the forum but I found a video showing the transmission oil change on an Evora. Not sure if it's the same for Emira.
When I was under the engine bay doing the engine oil change, it wasn't obvious where the drain and fill holes are. What I would suspect is the drain, was plumbed to something. I need to investigate further, but just curious if anyone had direct first hand experience.
I just changed the break-in engine oil on my V6 Emira, and while the car is up on the Quickjack and I have the underpan off, I'd like to change the trans fluid too. Anybody know where the drain plug is, and the refill hole? I have a service manual, but it appears to only show the auto trans.
There is a bit of information in this thread (page 12). I don't think the procedure is identical to the Evora. I can't find more information, but I believe it was confirmed in another thread that the drain or fill plug was in a different location.
