- My Specs:
- Emira V6
Hello everyone!
I'm in the process of buying a new 2026 Emira SE V6 and should be able to pick it up in a couple of days (its currently getting PPF-ed). As part of the process, the dealership shared an option for a "Lotus Care Select" plan. You can see the PDF of the plan attached.
My question: Does this plan seem valuable or reasonable to those of you who've owned your Emira for some time? I'm lucky enough to have a Lotus dealership close by so that would help with making use of it but I'm also not sure if the sorts of repairs they're pitching make sense based on the car and my expected driving habits.

Context that might matter:
- I have no plans to track the car. Spirited driving certainly and it will be my daily driver.
- Most years I average between 6-7k miles.
- I'm maybe 15 min away from the Lotus dealership in Austin Tx.
- The car will be garage kept and my work has a parking garage (meaningful because of the Texas heat).
- I can do my own oil change but I only have ramps and I'm not exactly thrilled to crawl under it and take the skid plate off every time but I'm sure I could manage.
