I've already taken my car to South Bay Autohaus for an oil change and upgraded brake fluid. I need to go to the dealer to get my i4 softawre updates.

What have been your experiences with both?

I purchased mine at Galpin and have taken it there twice now in the year I have owned it. Once for a repair and once for 1 year maintenance and software updates. Each time I had a different service advisor. One was horrible with zero to little communication being provided on the status of the repair. And the other, slightly better. They will however provide you with a luxury loaner if you need such a thing. And it is without a doubt one of the nicest showrooms in town.

I have never heard of Eurocar so I couldn't provide any feedback on them.

David is my tech at Galpin he's awesome, they are enthusiasts there. I only go there for software or warranty stuff but I've only had good experiences there. Lotus UK however can be very slow so the back and forth takes some time, but that's not the dealers fault.

If its a service you dont have to pay for Galpin has been great for me. They are really expensive if its not warranty though. It was almost 700 for an oil change.

That's what I was going to say. I wouldn't go there for non-warranty work for that very reason.
