I’ve heard similar comments about the suggested vs real motor mount labor requirements. Very curious to see how it goes

I’m sure I can get a group buy of cooling kit going if we have enough people. I think everyone should do it really, low cost. Install wise is where the cost got me on this.

I’ll try and start a thread for this to see who is interested. I know lots of guys on the JB4. would like more cooling

Edit: I think the cooling kit would be huge for the JB4 crowd. I ended up returning the JB4 before I opened the box, but if I was going JB4 ... the cooling kit would be top of the list for me. Seems like a great combo.

Thermostat removal.

-Remove the passenger rear wheel well

-Disconnect a bracket that holds two hoses on the frame rail that blocks easy access to the bolts.

-remove the hose attaching to the housing and bolts holding it to the motor.

-Reverse of removal.

(And this took them 11 hours )
