Isotype Green in the Flesh

Looks like Galpin now has 2, both at MSRP.

Surprised these weren't snapped up even from out of state, especially with the import situation. Are they radioactive (see half-life service schedule)?
Really? Considering every dealer has one for sale and most dealers have gotten somewhat rationale and tagged them at MSRP, if you really wanted one, you have about 40 dealers in the US to choose from. BTW, I was just at the San Diego dealership. They have theirs on the showroom floor at MSRP. As Yoda would say, "plentiful, they are..."

Isotope is a really love it or hate it color. Its one that could command a premium with the certain buyer but be a detriment to a large number of other potential buyers. This is also even at MSRP the most expensive version available. These will probably sit for a hot minute until the right buyer comes along. If I had a say at Lotus I would have rolled out chrome orange to announce chapman as those probably would have sold quicker.

Agree, Chrome Orange always seemed more popular back in the original Elise days. BTW, my theory is still that all of these classic colors will be offered at some point in the future as standard off the shelf options (albeit at special paint color pricing for sure). I'm personally loving the i4, but would have considered swapping my current car for this color, if it were the AMG engine.

Wondering now how many of the supposedly limited edition of 60 units have landed/are landing here in the US. Seems a lot more than I had expected. And yes, if and once Isotope becomes a standard extra cost option, this “limited edition” could become just as “exclusive” as the First Editions have become (sarcasm intended).
