Wondering if anyone has dealt with this before, all in track mode and auto shifting:

1st misfire - misfired at ~6.5k when shifting from 4th to 5th. Dealer had it for 21 days and replaced a fuel injector and did software updates.
2nd misfire - sub 24 hrs after picking the car up, it misfired in the same circumstances. Dealer had it for a week and did nothing, as CEL did not save and nothing was off in live data.
3, 4, 5 misfires - recreated the 4th to 5th event twice and had one in launch control when it attempted to shift from 3rd to 4th. Dealer had it for 1.5 weeks and unable to recreate the same as me, did nothing. CEL that was saved had nothing to do with the engine even.
6th- picked the car up again and drove it around for the week, happened again 4th to 5th shift spot.

Every single time, the check engine light goes away after the car is turned off and the engine returns to normal function as well. This also does not occur in sport or tour, I have tried to recreate it in sport. It's primarily under the high load situation in excess of 6k rpm and the 4th to 5th gear shift. I had the oil changed after the first event and only use 93 from Shell. Anyone experienced something as weird as this? The car doesn't seem to save the code or realize that it has misfired, dealer and lotus london have no answer, while the engine turns into sounding like a tractor and vibrating. Lemon Law is next

Does this happen in manual?

I've only had misfire once and it was when I had my JB4 installed, issue went away when I removed.
