I4 build date given

Just got my update I was originally a November for December delivery I4. I am now August 2023 production beat that ! A 26 month wait from my July 7th deposit!!! I actually find it quite funny now

I got August 23 build from a July 7th deposit. Doubt they will hold firm so let's call it winter 23!

Just received this. April now turned into July 23! FFS not sure how much of this I can take.

I’m seriously in two minds now on pulling the plug. No confidence in it going further back. It’s not unrealistic to think with current production that this could be Autumn 23.

Really not sure what to do now. I was expecting summer 23 despite being told a few weeks ago Q2 23, but the back end of next year is gutting.

I got the same email stating build of August 2023.

I deposited on the launch day at 3pm (Can't remember the date - what was it?).

I was told that I was very near the top of the i4 list. Sadly I need the airline industry to recover a bit before I can justify the purchase and they've just announced the longest recession in British history spanning all of 2023 so I think I am going to have to drop out.

Good for you that's it a month earlier than mine but surely they should be building in sequence or planning to 9 months out? i.e. my July 7th deposit should be the same month as you! It can't be down to spec/ colour etc this far out!

I think I flipped from v6 to i4….. can’t remember it’s been that long ago

I must have ordered the very limited edition….

Lotus won’t have me as a customer if the used car market tanks or if anything interesting is released until then. I’m looking at you EV Porsche coupe and BMW M2 CS, or anything that’s remotely tempting….. 😂
At least interest rates won’t be an issue for me to worry about…..

I can’t see how they can - we will have had inflation in the UK of circa 21% since the launch price was set

Yes it's difficult but he said in the last video that he was keeping the price but the way I heard it only locked in deposit holders but who knows, I certainly don't believe a word of it.
