Does anybody knows how to adjust the rear bumper.

I have a bad fitment on the passenger right side. ( see the pictures below ) The driver side is perfect.

I removed the fender to have an acces to see how it was done behind but I do not understand what I need to do to release some pressure over there.

Let me know if someone have already done this.

This is the good side :

I have wondered if this is a problem on most Emiras. My bumper is not aligned the same on both sides. It’s flush with the rear quarter panel on the drivers side, but stands proud of the passenger side rear quarter panel. I noticed it the day I took delivery of my car. I looked at another brand new Emira- same thing.

Mine does the same thing; flush on the left side of the car, slightly sticking out on the right side. I was planning on looking into adjusting this when I put the CCB rotors in, and remove the wheel well liners to look at putting some sound dampening on them. I don't know if it's the lower part that needs pulling in, or the upper fender that needs pushing out, or maybe slightly adjusting both. They were designed to be flush, so there has to be a way to adjust this.

Same with mine. Passenger side is perfect but drivers side sticks out 5mm at the top, hardly noticeable but once I noticed it's bugging me.
I was going to get the dealer to fix it at the next service under warranty.

I had the same issue on the passenger side. Just had the car in last week for an oil change and they found a connector bolt was missing. They replaced and it fixed the alignment. While they were poking around they found the same bolt on the drivers side had worked loosed but it wasn't misaligned yet.

Yours was pushing toward outside like the others I guess or pushing toward the inside like mine creating a bump ?

Mine pushed out at the edge. I just looked more closely at your picture and I see what you are talking about with it being pulled inward. If there is a bolt there, perhaps you could add shims so it won't pull in under tightening.

That part of the bumper is just clipped in, no bolts.

If you can get something behind it, even your fingers, it might pop out into place.
