Car is 3 years old and I have noticed this misalignment happening. Anyone else seen this? RHD driver side - it's only a couple of mm but it wasn't there before. If I take the wheel arch off, can I get access to some type of adjustment. Most people wouldn't notice it but my OCD makes me stare at it every time i get in the car :) - I can push it back in but it slowly works out again.

The front and back bumpers are plastic unlike the other composite panels. They are held in position and adjusted with several brackets that can be adjusted, I believe you can get access behind the wheel lining.
Just be aware that the bumpers can be under a lot of tension as they are very "bendy" and flex (often due to temperature changes), this makes it very, very fiddly and time consuming to get the panels exactly aligned - but it can be done at least to some degree of "done" (may go out of alignment again over time though). It's hard to see from the photos but yours look pretty good - so it might be a lot of work to get them more aligned than this.
See the "David - Exotic Pulse" YouTube videos where he rebuilds his Emira for some bumper alignment action.
