It’s not rubbish. They simply started a 0-200 measurement on the box, but didn’t push until 100. the box then did the calculation for 0-100 and 100-200.Laughable rubbish.
Look at the last two lines.
0-200kmh in 32 seconds.
100-200kmh in 12.17 seconds.
So, 0-100kmh must take 19.83 seconds.
Ummm. Righto.
Idiots.
omg it's just a video- thought folks would like to hear the car from inside and outside, that's all....
But isn’t that just trying to time stats off other people‘s videos? It’s not the same as a best-efforts run.Another video, no GPS based measurements, but still a good hint where the figures will be around:
0-100kph at 4,9s and 0-200kph 16,4s.
No, it just came up on my youtube Feed.Did you make this video?
Yes, you are right. Still it is some new footage stating some acceleration figures. But isn’t that just trying to time stats off other people‘s videos? It’s not the same as a best-efforts run.
Probably why there's no news on the I4 as well, the I4 will be quicker and Lotus don't want to release that information officially yet.I’d like to see Gavan Kershaw record a 0-100 time in the manual V6 Emira. Based on what we see from third party videos so far, the quoted 0-100 time seems impossible.
How are Lotus managing to get 4.2 seconds ?
I guess they must be running it down gas Hill Norwich’s steepest Rd

I wonder how much of that is the DCT on the I4? It's going to shift much quicker and more efficiently than a person in a manual V6.Lotus officially quotes 0-100 km/h as 4.2s for the I4 and 4.2/4.3s for the V6.
In the real world, the V6 should be quicker in most driving conditions than the I4. The I4 isn't going anywhere until the turbo has spooled.
That's a great question. Most of the time, the difference is substantial.I wonder how much of that is the DCT on the I4? It's going to shift much quicker and more efficiently than a person in a manual V6.
