New question: its been said the forward view through the Emira windshield is better than that of the Evora. Despite TDC stripe disappointment, can the driver sight down the hoodline to avoid striking curbs whiile parking and incurring curb rash of expensive wheels? In some designs the hood front disappears making estimation difficult.

All recent Lotus cars have visual cues provided by the points on top of the front and rear wings that are clearly visible from the driving seat. These let the driver know where the car is on the road and are called "Becker points", after Lotus chassis engineer Roger Becker who worked on the designs of the Esprit, Elise and Evora. They're also present on the Evija and Emira.
