There's plenty of padded rail to the sides of the shifter and forward, to screw a cupholder into. Just use some self-tapping wood screws that are long enough to go all the way through the leather and the padding, and at least 1" into the plastic.

Just make sure you get some screws with a nicely finished head, because you wouldn't want it to look unsightly.

The Brumate 12oz might be an option.

The Yeti 10oz tumbler is a little narrow, and their 16oz stackable pint is a little too tall I suspect.
