Hi all!
Just fitted a CTEK Comfort Connect Panel to my Emira i4 — thought I’d share in case anyone’s considering the same.
I didn’t want to remove the battery cover every time I needed to top up the battery (especially with these modern ECUs getting touchy with low voltage), so this little panel made total sense — it even shows the battery status at all times, which is super handy for keeping an eye on voltage without needing to connect the charger.
Install was super easy — just had to remove the access panel over the battery, cut out a rectangle to fit the CTEK panel (they even include a template card to make it idiot-proof), then connect positive and negative to the battery terminals, and that’s it. Clean, simple, and works perfectly.
The panel shows battery charge level at a glance, and works perfectly with the AGM battery that comes with the Emira. Whole thing looks OEM and doesn’t ruin the trunk aesthetic.
Highly recommend if your car sits for a few days or weeks at a time.
If anyone’s on the fence about doing this — do it. Total game changer for battery maintenance, and zero hassle.
