But then what if an authorised mechanic needed to remove the engine cover? Etc. Again, just curious. It's how my brain works, always "testing" systems, and looking for loopholes.I think the cover probably has torque marks on the bolts (those green marks) which won't line up just right if uninstalled/reinstalled. Simple cosmetic mods like that shouldn't void the warranty. That's so silly.
