Car shows "limp mode" or "reduced acceleration" warnings (possible ECU issue)

So based on experience today with miltek valve in “mode 1” it definitely causes limp mode and MIL light. Happened repeatedly while pushing hard. Took it out at lunch time and been fine all afternoon. Will be writing to miltek and requesting a refund as its either faulty or doesnt work
I will try not using "mode 1" to see if this helps my limp mode after some hot track runs and ket everyone know.
Has anyone else experienced this with Milltek causing limp mode??

I experienced the reduced acceleration warning and ESC error on a drive on the weekend after driving 1,000 miles. No rain, no wash - car was totally dry. I have 3rd cat delete. It randomly turned on as I was driving slowly through a neighbourhood. Parked locked the car, went for lunch. When I returned, error message gone - drove home 7hour drive - no error again. I assume its something flaky. I guess I’ll wait if it comes up again.
Has the reduced acceleration warning or ESC error come back because I need to j\know if the 3rd cat delete that I have may be an issue?
Has anyone replaced car back to stock and these codes finally disappeared?

Got the car back,
It was a loose MAF sensor in the intake air filter box.

Drove home vigorously with no issues. Let’s see moving forward.
I replaced my air intake with an Eventuri so I will have them check that as well.

Good news! Since the O2 sensor was changed the check engine light hasn't come back. Hopefully the car will not go into limp mode.
I'm Tracking 9/16 at the New York safety track. Please PM me if anyone is interested. My friends and I are renting the track. You can have a passenger as long as they are wearing a helmet, drive each others cars & motorcycles have a session as well. Also have quarter mile racing for an hour. Send me a DM me if you're interested.

I’ve been on that track, it’s a fun little track.

Just had this issue today for the first time
3k Miles
Miltek and 3rd cat delete

Was just driving home from the city maybe 30 mile round trip. Stop at a stop sign and when I went to engage 1st gear got the ECU error with red triangle with !.
I drove about two miles to my destination and turned off the car for about 2 minutes. Restarted the card with no error or limp

At the track with a temperature of 70 degrees.
Engine reduced speed came on the 3rd track run. The O2 sensor was changed from last event and no code came up for that.
Cleared the code P0477 which says exhaust pressure control valve low input.
But code keeps coming back and still stays in limp mode not going over 4k RPM. I did change to Milltek Version 2 and now when I try opening and closing valves I don’t hear a difference.
Do you guys think the new valve controller got overheated or fried?
Any ideas because at this point I’m going to remove the Milltek valve controller.
I don’t know what else can be causing this problem. Has anyone removed the valve controller and their issues were solved?
