Sorry to hear that. Maybe some more sanding before primer is in order. Unless you have a deadline for PPF I would give it one more try.

Yeah, I tried sanding it by using a hole punch on some sand paper and gluing the end to the eraser end of a pencil.

Welp, better or worse, it's at the detailer to have full XPEL 10mil installed for the bumper, hood, fenders, a-pillars, mirror caps, and roof. And regular XPEL ultimate for all other panels. 70% front windshield tint, and ceramic coating after PPF on the body and wheels.

I do need to buy new black LOTUS lettering for the back bumper though, since they are removing them so they can wrap the rear without going around the letters. I like the black LOTUS lettering, so I'll have to get it put back. Time to call the dealer, or find a place to ship to buy the OEM lettering from in the US.

I saw that, but even though it says "OEM Replacement" I wasn't sure if its as actually the OEM part.
