What shop has the best service for Lotus?

How is the Scottsdale Dealer? San Diego? LA? Salt Lake City?

Hello, I just took delivery of an i4 in the Spring. I took my car to the Scottsdale dealership

and had good luck. They took care of a few minor items plus software updates. It was all under warranty. They even washed my car. So far so good, very pleased …

Dear god, "within 6hrs". Makes you realise how lucky we are in the UK. 6hrs would get you from end of the country to the other(well almost) :)

Galpin is pretty good. Got a jag as loaner. All issues and 4 recalls were solved within one day. Pick up the same day. My adviser John was a charming guy.

How much did it cost?

It was 550 for an oil change. It was exepnsive but the service was good.
Sounds like my next service is at Galpin. Vegas was asking $800 from me. If I didn't need a software update I would have done it myself.

Agree - they’re great (but 900 for an oil change..?)
I was going to refrain, but since someone else chimed in, I couldn't restrain myself. I live in so cal and literally called every dealer in the country when I was on the hunt. SLC is a dealer that still thinks there are people that will fall for the $1000 doc/admin fee. That's correct, ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS! This sales practice is so bush league, I felt compelled to mention it.

And yeah, $900 for an oil change (per @Last ICE ), seems nuts! BTW, I'm in So. Cal and in addition to great experience with Galpin, I can also vouch for Lotus of San Diego. I'm in South OC. So, SD makes more sense for me.

Car just came back from Vegas Lotus. 2.5 days for an oil change and software update. I dropped the car off clean, it came back covered in dust 🤦. They obviously left it outside and didn't wash it. They also used Mobil 1.

When I got the car back it read 1 quart below max. I asked and tech advised he filled to Lotus specs and that it was funny wording by Lotus. He compared it to the dip stick being a low/high reading and that we were in between the L/H. I asked tech to put more oil in. He added .2
Thoughts?

Galpin won’t wash - incorrect wash easily scatch the car. But they park under cover. They have a multi level parking. Not a problem tho because oil change normally can be picked up on same day. Make sure you book before hand and drop off the car early in morning.

I honestly don't care if they do not wash the car, as long as they don't return a clean car dirty. Maybe I'll try Galpin next time.
