Hello, I just took delivery of an i4 in the Spring. I took my car to the Scottsdale dealership

and had good luck. They took care of a few minor items plus software updates. It was all under warranty. They even washed my car. So far so good, very pleased …

I've spent that long on the M25 - driving about 2 miles - several times....

Galpin is pretty good. Got a jag as loaner. All issues and 4 recalls were solved within one day. Pick up the same day. My adviser John was a charming guy.

Sounds like my next service is at Galpin. Vegas was asking $850 from me. If I didn't need a software update I would have done it myself.
