Hard "no" for me. Just not a fan of really dark colors. I have satin PPF on one of my cars and love it but I can also take it off and go back to the regular color anytime...

Agree, rather have my JC Edition.
I'm wondering if the $165,000 might be with ADM or maybe Lotus added engine or equipment upgrades. $165k doesn't make since for just cosmetic upgrades.

Yeah I’ve never been a big fan of “special models” that only change the appearance of the car. In these days it’s to easy to change a cars aesthetics at a pretty cost friendly price. I woulda been more interested in a slight power increase, weight reduction, carbon fiber package, ect. All I’m hearing is “we made it look cool and charged you 40k over a base msrp”.

If that's only cosmetics, it must be a fake price. If it's a real price and it's only cosmetics, it's in sh*t territory with other cars

From what I've been told the $165,000 MSRP advertised from that dealers website is incorrect. The correct MSRP should be $132,050, which sounds more in line with the other Emira special editions.

IMHO think this Emira is stunning in its appearance. Having said that, to each their own, and a darker matte look is not for everyone. The delta in $ c/w a non special edition Emira would be very hard to justify. Lotus should have something else in the package to justify the $……a little hp bump, lighter weight, etc.

100% agree. I love the stealth look, but I might be biased too.

All personal opinion and I respect yours. But I'm a big fan when auto makers do special editions, even when it's a mediocre paint job.
