"I'm a professionally dressed guy in his mid 40's."
And I always thought it was my messed up bed head hair, my frumpy, baggy potato sac attire, my all day long halitosis, my 20 year old Coke bottle glasses, and my quite offensive body odor that really turned off the Porsche sales people.
Good to...
If you want an honest opinion on the ride quality of the GT4RS on the street go to minute 7 of this video.
You aren't missing much gents, and I think a lot of buyers are going to be disappointed.
Who wants to be beaten up every time they go out for a drive?
You hit the nail on the head my friend, every article I've read on the GT4RS says it's a very harsh punishing ride, just like the new GT3's.
Very poor ride quality, however great performance on a smooth racetrack, not a big deal for me since I don't track my cars regularly.
In reality, how...
If you do any research the previous generation AMG A45 and A45S sound infinitely better than the current car for sale, because of noise restrictions gasoline particulate filters excetera something to think about.
This is why I'm opting for the Toyota V6, I want to hear the Glorious sound of that...
Like I said, no one can be trusted when there's money at stake.
Unfortunately that's the human condition today.
Greed runs the world, we just need to accept this and live life accordingly.
I would love to travel to Hethel to take the Lotus tour and see all the colors in person, but unfortunately the Canadian government has taken away all my privileges to travel by air, rail and sea, because I refuse to take the covid Vaxx/poi●●n.
Sad how we as a society, continue to allow the...
This means if some schmuck with more money than brains drops in very late to the party and says he's willing to pay extra to be put higher on the list, others will lose out, and there's no way of stopping it.
Lotus should make it first come first serve with deposit holders.
Very simple, the day...
Solution to everyone's color choice dilemma.
Since the shape of the Emira looks very similar to modern Ferrari's, when you picture a Ferrari in your mind, what color is it?
There's the color you should get on your Emira.
Personally, if I were to picture a Ferrari in my mind it would either be...
Tom my man I'm really digging the yellow with those diamond cut wheels, better than both the silver or black V-spokes, and the black pack is a must.
However, I would probably go full yellow and get black ppf on the roof etc just in case I ever want a change in the future.
👍👍
I have to be completely honest with you gentleman by the end of my ownership with the Ariel Atom I have to admit I was genuinely sick of the same questions over and over again.
Is that street legal?
Did you build it yourself?
How much horsepower does it have?
How much does it cost?
What engine...
Something weird is happening the more I look at the pictures of the yellow Emira, the more I'm drawn to it.
Then I ask myself, do I really want to be that douchebag, attention whore driving around in that obscenely conspicuous yellow sports car?
And then I answer, maybe I am, maybe I am that...
I was initially thinking about the v-spoke silver wheels but now I'm leaning more towards the diamond cut.
I think the v-spoke silver wheels will make the wheels stand out too much and take away from the overall look of the car.
Now all I have to do is get over the "flower look" of the diamond...
Yellow is for those who want maximum attention, are having a mid life crises, want people to think it's a Ferrari, Lamborghini or some other exotic, or all of the above.😉😜🤪🤣
In Canada the GT3 would be over double the cost of the Emira, not worth it in my opinion. Plus the Emira looks far more exotic, supercar looks on a beer budget.
Another thing that may not be important to you gentleman, but it's very important to me is ride quality.
The Porsches are just too firm...
I'm now glad that the many Porsche dealers snubbed me off when I called requesting an allocation for both the GT3 and GT4 before I was even aware of the new Lotus Emira.
They said "sorry sir you don't qualify for a GT car."
It was a blessing in disguise.
I think the Emira is so much better...
