I dunno if it’s on their website. I’ll ask for some pictures. I suspect that at the very least the charge cooler will be the same as any m139 engine.

They do sell a heat exchanger and intercooler, seems like they don’t have any distributors in the US though.

Yea @675430VME exhaust did sound better than the others who had TI exhausts. It was actually fairly deep and very aggressive sounding.

I would think any m139 chargecooler would work. Intercooler is another matter because of the mounting

Yea I know, just saw they also sold a valve controller but they said theirs don’t connect to obd so was curious what brand you used as milltek also doesn’t connect to obd.

What brand is your valve controller? Mach5 says specifically they no need to connect to obd2 so not sure if they meant there is no obd2 connector or if they just meant no need to connect

You can probably buy from Aerie soon. They showed me a box of them with the aerie logo engraved underneath ready to be shipped to them, but sadly with tariffs, it’ll be more expensive.

Yea those are the downsides of piggyback tunes vs traditional tunes which actually tweak the ecu parameters

Weird, I emailed them back in January and they said they were finishing up development of their electron r1 and r3 kits. I would assume non electron would be easier or the first to be developed. They were even asking if I wanted to pre order the kit.

Yea I picked one up but currently not in the states so can’t even complete my break in. I did contact nitron again about ordering and what the status is. I am most likely going to pick up the R1s but not sure if I want to try the electron version.

Yes you understood correctly. I did this about 4 weeks ago. I told State Farm my coverage and price at progressive and they were able to give me better coverage and better price than using progressives online quoting. I moved all my insurances to them (2 cars and condo)

I had the same problem with progressive, after I already left for State Farm, Progressive was able to give me a comparable rate. I said maybe next time.

I haven’t had the chance to look at the i4 engine closely but does the emira still use the OEM Mercedes charge cooler and charge pipe? Seeing pictures online, the orientation of the engine would have those components next to the firewall between the cabin I think.

Yea I’m also curious how they extracted so much power without a real tune. I used to have an Audi s4 with the 3.0 supercharger and it was annoyingly expensive to get more hp out of it (which prompted me to switch to an M3 lol)
