The point of ppf is that its sacrificial and can be reapplied if damaged. This doesn't have that. There's no way this is completely impervious to damage so it sounds like its going to add extra pita when that damage happens.

Full body ppf in clear for me was 6500. I imagine a colored film would be a little more than that. If you get it wrapped make sure its with a ppf film. vinyls do not last long and are a pita to remove if they arent replaced often enough.

Those are pretty dark. If you can, take one off and have someone take a night shot with the brakes on so we can see the difference in output.

Maybe but there are plenty of people with no ticking so there's a way to do it right.

I have 50% windshield tint and when its sunny enough to need sunglasses its no issue with light. If you are wearing polarized glasses you will get a rainbow sky effect though.
