I'd say if you don't mind the cost too much, go PPF. If you're like me and like to baby your cars, PPF just provides peace of mind. Also most PPF's have self-healing polymer top layer that literally makes small scratches vanish when heated (or when sitting under direct sunlight, for instance)...

Cars in those pictures seem to have the newer black/yellow emblems (rather than green/yellow). It's my understanding that the new emblems are for the FE2.0, but maybe even the NA FE1.0 get the new emblems too, given how long it took them to get the damn things over here?!

I put my deposit down in Nov 22 for FE 1.0, then decided to go on the FE 2.0 list a few months after. Recently confirmed build spec and even more recently confirmed no ADM via email (with Galpin). They're saying delivery somewhere April-July 2024

I saw that too. I have a feeling it might be documentation of forthcoming features for future versions, basically a future-proof measure for the handbook. However, perhaps the NA cars do in fact get this. Hard to tell. I would be happy to be wrong!

Yes that sounds correct, except it seems like the steering wheel blacked-out badge might not be a glitch. It seems intentional. A few weeks ago the configurator (this version i.e. the new configurator) had steering wheel emblem.

Galpin said 20k to me, but final amount would depend on market at time of delivery (which they recently told me is somewhere May-July). With all this waiting and markup uncertainty, I might just jump off and get a 718 Spyder. Ugh.

I always clean exhaust tips with P&S Brakebuster. As a first step when I hand wash, I first take care of wheels, brakes, tires, then exhaust tips. I use Brakebuster for all of it (then pressure rinse everything and do the regular wash of the car with Adam's Car Shampoo or something similar)...
