Like a subscription? Other than Tesla with charging for self-drive I don't think I have ever seen a manufacturer deliver something like adaptive cruise in a subscription model - I could be wrong though..

I don't think I have seen a picture of a delivered i4 (China obviously) w/o the ADAS pod in the front grill - doesn't mean it has the functionality, but I would assume a future software update could include the features? I will say the pod does give it a little bit of a Mater look, but not sure...

Same here (Florida) on a walk away. Albeit once the car is delivered (to their lot) you will forfeit your $2500 on a walk away. However, the $2500 reservation deposit are the only up-front funds required from reservation to delivery.

The way I am reading the manual, specifically the attached paragraph, is that there is no OTA and the Emira will have to taken to a dealership for any software updates. Has anyone heard different?

Did I misunderstand the logistics portion? I heard him say they were flying parts in which cost 4x more that usual, but are making changes to ship and rail. Although he did not explicitly state, I inferred those were methods they are using to try and reign in the logistical costs.
